Biography

Frederick was born in 1898. He passed away in 1964 and is buried in the Karrakatta Cemetery, Perth, W.A. (Anglican WI 0345). [1]

Frederick served in the Australian Army in both WW1and WW2. When he enlisted for WW1(in 1917), Frederick (aged 18) was a farmhand at the Waifs' Home at Parkerville, WA. He gave his birthplace as Melbourne, Victoria and his Next of Kin as his guardian, Sister Kate Clutterbuck, of the Waifs'Home at Parkerville. When he enlisted for WW2,[2] (July 26, 1940), his place of birth was stated as Kalgoorlie, WA, (and his NOK as Juanita Vincent).
