Odelia was born in 1885. She is the daughter of Maxime Vincent and Arteline Godin.

She gets married into between the 1901 and 1911 Census.

Orpha Odelie Vincent was born on the 19 December 1885 in Griffith, Greater Madawaska, Renfrew, Ontario, Canada. ^[1] Her parents are Maxeme Vincent and Arbeline Goddin.

Orpha was 20 years old when she married Thomas Henry Haley on the 16 July 1906 in Brudenell Lyndoch and Raglan, Renfrew. Thomas was 25 years old.

Several children were born to Orpha and Thomas, including a son named Michael Wilfred Haley (1911 - 1991).

Orpha was 86 years old when she died on the 15 June 1972 in Eganville, Bonnechere Valley, Renfrew, Ontario.

She is buried in the cemetery of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, Griffith, Renfrew County. Ontario. Her husband was buried here in 1954. ^[2]
