Whereas Joseph Weison, of the township of Wellesley in the county of Waterloo with Our Commissioner for the sale of Our Crown Lands, duly authorized by Us in this behalf, for the absolute purchase at and fore the price and sum of Fifty one pounds twelve shillings and sixpence of lawful money of Our said Province, of the Lands and Tenements hereinafter mentioned and described, of which We are seized in right of Our Crown. NOW KNOW YE, that in consideration of the said sum of fifty one pounds twelve shillings and sixpence by him the said Joseph Weison to Our said Commissioner of Crown Lands, in hand well and truly paid to Our use, at or before the sealing of these Our Letters Patent, We have granted, sold, aliened, conveyed and assured, and by these presents do grant, sell, alien, convey and assure, unto the said Joseph Weison his Heirs and Assigns for ever, All that Parcel or Tract of Land, situate, lying and being in the Township of Wellesley in the County of Waterloo of Our said Province, containing by admeasurement fifty nine acres be the same more or less; which said Parcel or Tract of Land may be otherwise known as follows, that is to say: being composed of.

Commencing where a post has been planted in the centre of the said concession in the limit between lots numbers two and one, then north nine degrees five minutes East twenty five chains more or less to the limit between the Eighth and ninth concessions, then south eighty two degrees thirty minutes East twenty three chains sixty two links and a half more or less to the centre of the said lot, then south nine degrees five minutes West twenty five chains more or less to the centre of the said concession then north eighty two degrees thirty minutes West twenty three chains sixty two links and a half more or less to the place of Beginning.

Sehr plößlich starb am Samstag Morgen der 87 Jahre alte Joseph Voisin in St. Clements. Seine Tochter hörte ihn aufftehen und ein Licht anzünden. Als fie etwas später nach ihm fah, lag er todt im Bette.
Translation:
The 87-year-old Joseph Voisin died in St. Clements on Saturday morning. His daughter heard him lift up and light a candle. When she saw him a little later, he lay dead in bed. [25]
