On behalf of the Germany Project, I am currently undergoing our member check-in's and wanted to verify that you are still interested in being a member of the project. Are you currently assigned to or working with one of our Sub-projects or Teams? We have many new teams so have a look on the Germany project page for the full list. I would be delighted to help you get setup in one or more of our collaborative teams!
We use Google groups for project collaboration, so if you are not yet setup, please submit a join request and we will get that approved as quickly as possible. We also ask that you check your followed tags to make sure you are following the correct project tag (GERMANY) so you don't miss any discussions in G2G.

Thanks for helping with Wikitree
Well thats quite the long distance family!
Just wanted so share a fascinating hidden feature on WikiTree. You can get a report for all yourknown ancestors within 2,000 years by typing this in your URL: http://wikitree.sdms.si/function/WTWebAncestors/errors.htm?WikiTreeID=Cruz-788 (Just replace Cruz-788 with your WIkiTree ID)
I found a 69th generation ancestor. He is listed as King Prasutagus of the Iceni, born 0010 in Icenia, Britannia. (WikiId: Iceni-3).
Iceni were a British Celtic tribe of eastern Britian during the Iron Age and early Roman Era. His history offers a fascinating story about how his wife, Boudici, after her husbands death about 50 A.D., led an uprising against the occupying Roman Empire, and gave the Roman's such hell that she later became a British folk hero.
There are many others to explore.
Just want to share another GG-Grandfather even farther back that Fernando Alfónsez (Castilla) de Castilla (1201 - 1252).
Use the other pull down menu under the title Find at top right of your profile to double check this out, or paste the following URL: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Special:Relationship into the subject line of you profile and click to go.
This will take you to the web page where you can check the relationship of two profiles. Type Carolingian-77 into one box and Castilla-105 into the other. After running this relationsip finder: Castilla-105 is your 25th GGrandfather, plus 12 more GG Father ancestors from this search means, Charlemagne Carolingian (abt. 0748 - 0814) is you 37th GG-Father!
Thanks for the many tip on finding leads on grandparents!
I totally understand the time crunch thing and it sounds like you are very busy. Which DNA projects are you working with ?
