Biography

Daniel aged 63 was indicted for indecent assault on 2 girls, 12 and 15 years old. His committal hearing was on the May 4, 1908 and at his trial on or about May 25, 1908. He was sentenced to 12 months goal for the assault on the 12 year old and according to the newspaper report was to serve his time at Grafton Goal,[1] but probably served his time in Darlinghurst Goal.
