Johan Verner was born in 1889. He is the son of Karl Johan Wahlberg and Elin Maria Jungblad. [1]
Johan Verner Wahlberg (son till Karl Johan W., tab. 8), f. i Jakobstad 1 aug. 1889. Inträdde i statsjärnvägarnas tjänst 15/5 1907, stationskarl 2/11 1908. Student 12/12 1914 (privatist vid realläroverket i Jakobstad). Telegrafist (på Jeppo) 4/9 1917, bokhållare av 2 klass 1/3 1921 (Kovjoki, Uleåborg), bokhållare av 1 klass och föreståndare för Yxpila hamnstation sedan 9/10 1929. — Gift i Uleåborg 1 febr. 1922 med Marta Hellen Haikola, f. i Sievi 15 sept. 1892, dotter till lantbrukaren Eliel Haikola och Anna Emilia Skinnare. Genomgått Brahestads svenska elementarskola 1906, Brahestads borgare- och handelsskola 1911, Uleåborgs finska fortbildningsläroverk 1914. Tjänstemannapraktikant vid statens järnvägar 2/9 1917.
