James WAKELEE was born 28 Dec 1688. He died 1762 in Stratford, Fairfield, CT. James married Sarah SHELTON.
His will dated 23 Apr 1745 and proved 4 May 1762, mentions sons David and Ebenezer; daughters Elizabeth wife of Israel Johnson of Derby and Sarah wife of Joseph Hecock of Woodbury; wife Sarah; James Wakelee; and daughters Mary, Martha, Abigail, and Charity.[1]
