Buried in Oakland Cemetery.

Haynesville, Missouri no longer exists as an official location. In fact, there is little information as to its exact location other than somewhere in Clinton County.

Researcher Jeanne Shirley sent this manager info back in 2002:

Nancy's obit stated she was a carpet weaver. Her and husband James had lived in Missouri for 26 years (arriving in 1858?)

History of the last name can get VERY confusing. Walden/Waldon is common in England with some towns bearing both names. Over 25 spellings (or misspellings) of the name have been seen. One, Wallin traces back to Sweden where it is very common. On the other end, Waldon has references to northern Italy? Walden families are recorded in America as far back as 1620.
