Research Notes
One set of birth records from Tazewell County, Virginia indicate his birth as 10 Feb 1854.[5] He passed away in 1948.[6] A Second set indicates 1855[1] The birth year on Find A Grave[2] and on the WV Death Register[6] indicate the year as 1855.
