Biography
Matilda was born about 1805 in Virginia.[1] Her parents are at this time unknown. She passed away after 1860, probably in Sumner County, Tennessee. She is found on the 1860 census as Matilda H Wilson (following second marriage to James M Wilson), but is not found in records after that date.
Matilda married Thomas Stone on 26 July 1830 in Sumner County, Tennessee.[2]
Matilda married second James M Wilson on 8 May 1844 in Sumner County, Tennessee.[3]
In 1860 Matilda is living with her husband James M Wilson in Sumner County, Tennessee. In the household are two of her children, Moses B Stone and Lucinda A Stone, children of Thomas Stone.[4]
