Laurie G Walker was enumerated as son of the head of household in Justice Precinct 3, Colorado County, Texas for the June 30, United States Census, 1900. He was noted as born December 1894 in Texas and single. Also included in the household are head William H Walker, wife Julia A Walker, daughter Francis K Walker and sister Mary M Walker as seen in an image of the original census.[2]

Laurie D Walker was enumerated as son of the head of household at Justice Precinct 3, Colorado County, Texas for the April 22, United States Census, 1910. He was noted as born 1895 in Texas and single as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are head Willian H Walker, wife Julia A Walker and daughter Francis K Walker.[3]

He registered from South Salem, Oregon. His address was 5 1/2 ml south Salem, Salem, Oregon. He was working for hismslf as a farmer. The person listed that "Will always know your address" is Mr. Tom Galloway, Route 3, Salem as seen in this image of the original form.[7]

Laurie D Walker died July 20, 1976 in Lane County, Oregon. His wife was listed as Winifr Walker.[8]

Laurie's middle name is Douglas, so his middle initial should be D, not G. He and his wife Jess Winifred Eyre had only one child, a son named Laurie Douglas Walker, Jr., who is my wife's father.
