On June 25, 1943, Raymond Bridgham Walker applied for membership in the Oregon NSSAR, tracing his line back to Capt. John Bridgham.

"Mrs. Lucy Colt Weds in Ore.
"Corvallis, Ore.---Mrs. Lucy White Colt and the Rev. Dr. Raymond Bridgham Walker were married Sept. 5, in a noon ceremony in the First Congregational Church.
"The Rev. Alfred Slighter officiated at the ceremony. Mr. and Mrs. R. Richard Walker, son and daughter-in-law of the bridegroom, attended the couple. A luncheon for the immediate families followed.
"Dr. Walker, who is retired, was minister of First Congregational Church, Portland, for 30 years, and was active in Congregational affairs at the national level.
"Mrs. Walker is the widow of Henry Orne Colt, formerly of Pittsfield, Mass.
"The couple are living at 255 S.W. Harrison St., Portland, and will leave Nov. 1 for Tucson, Ariz., for the winter."

"Walker, The Rev. Dr. Raymond Bridgham, died in a Tucson hospital February 4, 1974. Retired Congregational Minister residing in Tucson for the past 4 years. Survived by his wife, Lucy; son R. Richard Walker and his wife Dorothy, of Portland, Ore.; two grandchildren, Lynn Ann and John Walker, of Portland, Ore.; sister, Mrs. Amelia Thomas, of Fullerton, Calif."
