Biography
Elizabeth was the daughter of Alexander Walker and Jane Dalziel Stoba. She was born in 1874 in Sherrington, Carlaverock.[1]
In 1881 Elizabeth lived at Merklandwell, Lochrutton, Kirkcudbrightshire with her parents, her granny and her siblings.[2] In 1891 Elizabeth was living in New Abbey Parish.[3]
In 1891 Elizabeth was a Cook and Domestic Servant at the Solway Fishery in New Abbey Parish.[4]
Elizabeth married Joseph in 1899 at Roadside New Abbey. At the time she was a domestic servant.[5]
In 1901 Elizabeth was living in Byker, Newcastle-upon Tyne with her husband and one daughter. [6]
In 1911 she was living in Perth, Scotland with her husband and three children[7]
Elizabeth Walker passed away in 1956. She was buried at West Road Cemetery in Newcastle with her daughter Dora.[8]
