Jasper Newton Walker was born on 28 Aug 1830 in Wayne, Tennessee, United States, son of Daniel Clayton Walker and Elizabeth Keeton.
- He married Mary Elizabeth Scott on 23 Dec 1854 in Lawrence, Tennessee, United States.[1]
Jasper passed away on 4 May 1907 in Izard, Arkansas, United States.[2]
