Gideon was born in 1738. Gideon Walker ... Do not confuse him with Gideon Walker that died 1810 in Nelson, Kentucky.

"Gideon, fifth son of Capt. Timothy and Sarah Walker was born April 27, 1739, in Woodbury, died there April 20, 1798. He married in 1754-55, Eunice daughter of Peter Mitchell and great-granddaughter of Experience Mitchell. The last named married Jane, daughter of Francis Cook, of the “Mayflower,” and his wife Esther. Experience Mitchell came in the ship “Anne" to Plymouth Colony in 1623, as did also his wife Jane Cook, then a child. ... " ^[1]
