Biography

Melissa was born in 1849. She was the daughter of Samuel Walker and Cynthia Brown.

Melissa Maria Walker first married Dr. George W. Fuller and resided in Erie County, Ohio. After his death at 37 years old, she moved to Lenawee County, Michigan with her small children to live with her widowed mother, Cynthia (Mann) Walker. Her second husband was William Gurin.
