Services will be held at 11 am Wednesday at Wood Lawn Cemetery in Santa Monica for Esther Lee ODell 85 of 6900 Clark Road. She died yesterday 11-10-1976 at a local convalescent hospital.

Born June 26, 1891 in Bradleyville, Missouri. She came to California in 1922 and moved to Paradise, California 4 years ago from Santa Monica, California.

She was survived by her son Thomas ODell of Santa Monica and 3 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Reverend Wiggens of the First Methodist Church of Santa Monica will officiate the service. Local arrangements are being handled by Paradise Chapel of the Pines.

She was preceded in death by her Father Henry Walker who was born in Pennsylvania 1849 and died in Cheney, Washington in 1902, Margaret Jane Smith-Walker who was born in Arkansas in 1856 and died in Spokane, Washington in 1958. Her husband Charles Price ODell who died in California 1964 and 1 son Charles Kenneth ODell who was born in Washington and died in California in 1975.
