He married Mehetable Dean, daughter of Israel Dean of Taunton, Massachusetts, probably about 1746, based on the estimated birth date of their first child. They settled in Taunton and had children there. None their children survived to adulthood:[1]
Katharine, born about 1747; died July 27, 1761, in 14th year.[3]
Nehemiah, born August 26, 1750; died March 10, 1755, aged 4 years, 6 months, 12 days.[4]
He was one of Taunton's selectmen in 1743. He is mentioned in his father's will: "To. 4th son, Nehemiah, my new dwelling house, in T., and my home lott, and barn thereon, and my lott lying by Jas. Burt's, in T., and my land over the Creek, and 50 acres lying on the three mile river, at a place called the narrow passage."[1]
Nehemiah Walker died in Taunton on October 4, 1760, "in 71st yr" (gravestone).[1][5]
