In the 1841 census James was living with his wife Dinah and six children in Bromsgrove Worcestershire. James was a Stonemason.
In 1844 they all migrated to Port Philip in the Colony of NSW on the Wallace, landing in Geelong. They were early settlers of the Port Phillip area. (Called Walls)
James Wall or Walls died in the Colony of Victoria in 1872[1] His age was given as 67 which makes a birth date of 1805. His parents are not named in the death record.
