He may be the father of William J Wall, 1824-1909. More research is needed.
Note some records list the first name as Francis with Jacob as his middle name. But the US census records and KY marriage records list Jacob as the first name. Thus Jacob is set as his preferred name.
From prior text, does not make immediate sense. See change history: ...married... to a sister to William & Mary's spouses.
