Biography

George Amos Wallace was born on 24 Aug 1909 in Cloverdale, Brighton, Carleton, New Brunswick, Canada, son of Jacob Charles Wallace (1881–1966) and Elizabeth Mary Smith (1885–1974).[1]

His siblings were:

  1. John Curtis Wallace (1907–1983)
  2. Kenneth Noble Wallace (1911–1991)
  3. Alfred Wallace
  4. Beatrice Elizabeth Helen (Wallace) Jones (1923-2007)

George married Geraldine Mildred Boyd (born on 7 Oct 1910 in Peel, Carleton; daughter of Howard Burton Boyd and Beth Pearl (Seavey) Boyd) on 8 Sep 1934 at the Baptist parsonage in Hartland, Carleton County, New Brunswick.[2]

George died on 28 Jan 2001 in Fredericton, York, New Brunswick, aged 91. He was buried in Cloverdale Cemetery, Cloverdale, Carleton County, New Brunswick.[3]
