Will

In the name of God Amen: I John A. Wallace being sound mind and disposing memory do hereby publish this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made or published. First. I will and bequeath that all my just debts be pair. Second, I will and bequeath all of my personal and real property to my wife, Oma, for and during her natural life, and after her death to go to William M. Wallace and his heirs and assigns forever. I hereby nominate constitute and appoint Oma Wallace my wife sole Executrix of this my last will and testament and it is my request and desire that she be permitted to qualify as such without bond. In testimony whereof I have this the 11th of September 1895 hereunto set my hand and seal. J. A. Wallace Witness by us in the presence of each other, and in the presence of the testator and at his request as his Last Will and Testament. This September 11th 1895. Attest. G. B. Murray A. A.
