Hi Nick,

I was wondering if you had any insight as to the origin of the name 'Balfour'? I found a Charles Balfour Wallis on my side of the family, too, which indicates to me that it was a family name. It seems to be of Scottish origin; perhaps one of our grandmothers was scottish? . On the bright side, it does seem to add credence to the notion that we are, in fact, related. (Well, I think its a bright side, anyway...)
