Irene was a daughter of William B. Walter and Ann V. Grant. She may have been a twin of Lena Ann, or the same person as Lena Ann. The Warren County birth registry source shows the same line number for both births.[1] Irene probably died before 1880 as she does not appear on the census with her father or sister.
