Biography
Caspar was born 1756 in Buer, Melle, Germany, the son of Caspar Herman Walter. He made a living as a wagon maker and tenant farmer. He married Maria Elisabeth Dieckmann 1779 in Buer at the age of 22. Caspar died 1807 in Buer from emphysema at the age of 52.
