MRS. M. E. DENT.

Mrs. Mary Esther Dent, wife of Mr. Isaac Dent, passed away on Thursday last at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. G. Thompson, McLaughlin River. Although Mrs. Dent had been a sufferer for a long period, yet the end came rather suddenly. She was before her marriage Miss Warburton, a member of the well known Warburton family of this district. The funeral took place on Friday afternoon last, and the burial service was read by the Rev. S. Broad foot in the old Church of England cemetery. Formerly Mrs. Dent lived with her husband and sons at Bendoc (Vic.).
