Elizabeth was married to William Booth, esq, by 8 November, 1559, when Sir John Holcroft of Holcroft acknowledged that he had received 250 marks from Sir John Warburton for the portion agreed to be paid by him on the marriage of his daughter, Elizabeth, with William Booth, esq.[1] William was later knighted and appointed sheriff of Chester & Lancashire. He was the son of George Booth, Esq. and Elizabeth Trafford.[2]
They had 7 sons (Sir George; Edmund; John; Robert; Peter; Richard; & William) & 6 daughters (Mary; Elizabeth, wife of William Basnet, & of (Mr.) Walshe; Dorothy, wife of Ralph Bunington; Alice, wife of Mr. Panton; Eleanor; & Susan, wife of Sir Edmund Warren, & of John Fitton).
Elizabeth Warburton died after 4 January 1620 at of Bath, Somersetshire, England.[3]
