Tuesday, March 10, 1903 Sun (Baltimore, MD) Mrs. Jennie Ward Canada [Special Dispatch to the Baltimore Sun] Lynchburg, Va., March 9 - Mrs Jennie Ward Canada, daughter of John C. Ward and wife of Mr. Willis I. Canada, died today at her home here. She was a sister of Rev. E. H. Ward, of Pittsburg, and Rev. Jere Ward, of Austin, Texas.

Saturday, March 14, 1903 Richmond Times Dispatch (Richmond, VA) Mrs. Jennie Ward Canada (Special to The Times-Dispatch) MANSION, VA., March 13. - Mrs. Jennie Ward Canada, wife of Willis Canada, formerly of this county, but recently of Lynchburg, was buried at Mansion on last Wednesday afternoon at 4 o'clock. She was the daughter of the late John C. Ward. She leaves a husband and five children.
