Eunice Ward was born abt 1706 at Newark, New Jersey, daughter of Nathaniel Ward Jr. (abt 1678-bef 1733) and Sarah (Harrison) Ward (abt 1680-1771); she married David Woodruff Sr., abt. 1687-1749), who named her as "wife Eunice," an Executor of his will, and nine children, "all underage"

In his will of 25 Aug, 1732, proved 25 Jan 1732/33, Nathaniel Ward Jr. names children Nathaniel, Abner, and Eunice Woodruffe, and “Executors - wife, Sarah, and son Nathaniel.” The 24 Jan 1723/33 estate inventory was made by Nathaniel Ward and Jonathan Person. [2]
