Biography

James Franklin was born in 1824. He is the son of Ephraim Ward and Nancy Davis. He passed away in 1869. [1]

About 1846 he married his cousin Louisa Jane Ward with whom he had at least three children.[2] After she died he married Sallie Massie Steptoe in 1865.
