Research Notes
Uncertain family note: NOT named in the will of the father she is attached to, James Jordan Ward Sr. (1761-1838). James Jourdan Ward's will passed probate on 27 June 1838 in Red River, Texas, United States.[4]
Did Margaret marry Jesse K. Murray on 21 August 1870, Freestone, Texas?[5] He might have been the same J. K. Murry working as a farm hand in Margaret's 1860 household.
