Biography
Isaiah Ward was born in Bedfordshire, England.
Isaiah Ward was born in 1851. He was the son of James Ward and Ann Scrivener. [1] In 1871, Josiah was a 20-year-old straw plaiter, residing with his parents and five siblings in Chalton, Toddington, Bedfordshire. [2] In 1891, Josiah at the age of 39 was still residing in his parents home. Two of his younger siblings, Alice and Thomas were also still in the home. [3]
By 1911, Isaiah was boarding with his younger brother, Thomas in Toddington. [4]
Isaiah never married and he passed away at the age of 70 in Bedfordshire. It is likely he was still boarding with his brother. [5]
