Wordens Past records the family of Gabriel Warden, 9 sons and 3 daughters, as follows:

Homer Jones Warden b: Jun. 14, 1814 d: Nov. 11, 1866
William Seeley Warden b: May 6, 1816 d: Aug. 15, 1891
George B. Warden b: Jul. 18, 1817 d: Oct. 10, 1896
Hiram Cory Warden b: May 27, 1819

Silas Seeley Warden b: Feb. 20, 1829 d: Jun. 3, 1855

Gabriel b: Feb. 16, 1777 at Vermont d: Feb. 2, 1838 at Granville, Licking County, Ohio, married Mary Seeley. Gabriel had a brother Nathaniel who went to war 1812 and was never heard from. Questionable!

Both Gabriel and Nathaniel are recorded in the 1800 and 1810 census at Underhill, Vermont. Nathaniel is record at Underhill, VT in 1820, but Gabriel has departed VT. Therefore Nathaniel must have come home from the war of 1812.

Warden-28 and Worden-752 are not ready to be merged because: there has been enough documentation to dis- prove a Jonas Worden! Your data is old and you need to be up to date on Worden Past magazines. I do not know how to further answer Bob Symons error and NO I will not allow a merge!

Warden-28 and Worden-752 appear to represent the same person because: Please examine Gabriel Worden/Warden Feb. 16, 1777 - 1838.

Observation, it is shown that Jonas Warden is the father of Gabriel Warden 1777; Gabriel Worden II 1745 is the father of Gabriel Worden III 1777. Gabriel (1777) married Mary P. Seeley (1786). These folks were in Granville, Licking County, Ohio, and buried at Maple Grove cemetery.
