Named as "Zadok Ware (son of decedent) full age – residence Hempstead Co Ark, P.O. Centreville." in 1869 Estate Settlement of father George Ware, and mother Ruth Ware.
Note: the estates of both parents were initiated on the same date, but are 2 seperate documents using many of the same words. The Estate of George Ware states "George Ware an inhabitant & Citizen of this County at the time of his death & who died about the year 1841 left to his widow Ruth Ware by will during her natural life a tract of land in this County, & that said Ruth Ware having since died to wit: more than 40 days since, said land remains unadministered".
The Final Settlement of George Ware in 1871, states, "Zadoc Ware, aged over 21 years, residing in Hempstead Co Ark P. O. Centreville;"
