No quality sources have been found to show the name of John Warner's wife. Nothing tying Margaret Howard as a spouse to John has been found. She has been disconnected pending quality sources being added to the profiles of her and John.

Warner-213 and Warner-166 appear to represent the same person because: Same information on both profiles. I managed to untangle several John Warners, for whom many of the profiles were conflated. Please merge.
Warner-651 and Warner-213 appear to represent the same person because: I have straightened out the conflation issues with this John Warner. Everything matches. -651 married an unnamed wife (shown as such in the bio), and that matches -213. The children on both profiles together make up the known children of this John per the quality sources shown. Please merge
If this profile is intended to represent a John Warner in Farmington and Waterbury, he has the wrong parents. There is another John that is the son of a different John, but they were in Middletown, Connecticut, making this a duplicate profile to that one. What is your intent for this person?
This John is the son of John Warner of Farmington, rather than John (son of Andrew). The children Robert and Ebenezer are correct for John, son of John. This John's mother is Margaret Unknown who is shown on -3516 as his father, John's wife. I will add a source to this profile showing connections
The will that Mandy mentioned below was signed Dec. 27th 1706. In it, he says he is from Waterbury, now residing in Farmington. That says to me that the kids attributed to Warner-213 as well as the kids already listed as belonging to this John, all belong to this John, as well as a son named John.
Something needs to be figured out. Between the kids of Warner-213 and this John Warner, the mother's are all over the place. I don't think anyone is sure who belongs to whom.
The Ebenezer who married Lydia Boltwood lived in MA. he died there in 1723/4 and according to Early New England Families (on americanancestors.org ) was the son of John Warner (son of William Warner) and Priscilla Symonds. In his will in Hampshire Co., MA he names children: sons Ebenezer (to who he gives land in Springfield, John and Nathaniel and daughters Lydia Beamon, Priscilla Bemont and Sarah Dewey.
The Dr. Ebenezer who married Martha Galpin lived in CT and was the son of John died Farmington 1706 (names Ebenezer in his will) and grandson of John who also lived and died in CT as proved by his will in 1679. Dr Ebenezer had siblings Ephraim, John, Robert Lydia and Thomas.
There are some errors here, and poor Lydia is presently married to three men named John Warner. Clearly the marriage data is wrong, since she never lived in Woodbury, and the marriage date is two years after she died.

As the bio says the name of his wife was unknown, I'm disconnecting her as his wife.
