Research Notes
While I found no conclusive proof, there are many databases showing this Henry to have been born on 12/18/1781 and having died on 2/24/1860. The dates of birth and death that were previously listed here (3/29/1778-11/7/1861) are far more frequently documented as belonging to Henry Werner, husband of Susanna Shaffer, who lived and died in Stark county, Ohio; cemetery records show this to be the case. I generally don't suggest FindaGrave should be a primary source for a change of this type but given the documentation through pictures including dates, as well as the many databases suggesting that this information is factual, I believe that making this change is justified.
Given name "Henry" inscribed on gravestone, "Jacob Henry" per Family Search. Married twice per Family Search but the second marriage, to Anna Maria Schmidt (1783–1865), is probably spurious. Twelve children ID'ed by Family Search.
