William was born about 1825 and baptised on July 24 in the HIGH STREET CHAPEL OR LOWER CHAPEL WESLEYAN, LONGTON, STAFFORD, ENGLAND. He was the son of Josiah Warner and Julia Ryles[1].
He passed away about 1916. [2]
