DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Isaac by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Isaac:

Neither NEHGS nor FamilySearch show the death record for Isaac, but both do show the remarriage of his widow to John Loomis in Dec. of 1696, so Isaac's death clearly was well before 1714; Lucien Warner & Josephine Nichols's 1919 "Descendants of Andrew Warner" cites records that place Isaac's death in early 1691, with inventory 26 March 1692. The 1714 inventory is labeled "additional", and shows Isaac "of Northfield", where he lived prior to the remove to Deerfield; presumably that explains the (much) later date?

Profile indicates death in 1692. Estate Inventory was taken in 1714. Was it normal for probate to take 22 years or is the death date incorrect? The children mentioned in the inventory match with his children.
Warner-3067 and Warner-4298 appear to represent the same person because: No idea why this match was rejected - clearly the same person in both profiles.

Warner-4765 and Warner-194 appear to represent the same person because: POSSIBLY the same. Needs more research to confirm.
