Jane was born about 1664 in Kittery, York, Maine. She is the daughter of the immigrant James Warren and his wife Margaret.

Jane married William Grant on 4 August 1690 in Dover, New Hampshire. ^{[1] [2]}

Her husband William Grant was the son of Peter and Joanna Grant.

She died before her father James Warren made his will on 9 December 1700.
