Research Notes

De Warrene-13 has been merged into Warren-1314. De Warrene may be the correct LNAB. De Warrene-13 said that he was christened in St. Mary's Parish, Poynton, Cheshire. The conflated biography needs to be cleaned up by someone who knows something about this person. He did not marry 2 different people on 16 Oct 1581.

All the Ancestry citations are SECONDARY sources, many with no primary. I had begun to add PRIMARY sourcework to the WARREN family but when I saw the direction these profiles were taking I started to put all of my research on a free space page. If you are interested in PRIMARY proof then please click on my profile to go to the Data pertaining to Warren family of VA. I have 20 years or more worth of this data that I wanted to share but almost each and every Warren profile I put on here has been corrupted. Others have said the same. I have added more today, but I am quite sure that my hard work will be ignored or taken by others with no credit or even acknowledgement unless i add it myself, which seems very unfair, especially when I always give credit to others which can be seen over and again in uncorrupted profiles I manage.

Can somebody give me a connection to WHO are the major Warren genealogists active now? Is there a Warren Family genealogical association or group? I know the work of Holland Warren and Norma Kirchhofer. I don't know if Holland is still alive but am in contact with a daughter of Norma who is also very old, in a nursing home with borderline alzheimers. these 2 I know have had the information I need, They have done the work. I've seen the secondary data. I need the primary sources for my purposes. I believe their work but I need to authenticate it.

Unlikely that John R Warren is the son of Sir Edward Warren, as Sir Edward died in 1609 and John R was born in 1640. Please take a look at this when you have a moment.
