Isaac Waterhouse (aka Watrous), was born in Wethersfield, Connecticut, in 1641. [1]

Married Sarah Pratt

Isaac Waterhouse married Sarah Pratt, in Lyme, Connecticut, 20 April 1671. [2] Sarah Pratt, born 11 April 1652, was the daughter of William and Elizabeth (Clark) Pratt.[1] Isaac and Sarah (Pratt) Waterhouse settled in Lyme,[1] and had the following nine children: [2]

Lydia, b. 20 Aug 1678
Isaac ("Isack"), b. 29 Jan 1680
Jabez, b. 16 Mar 1682/3

Mehitable b. c. 1690. Her birth was not registered, but her husband Peter Pratt was part of the 1715 petition to the probate court.[3]

Death

Isaac died 7 October 1713, and Elizabeth died 8 December 1725. [1]

Probate

He died intestate. Sarah, his widow, and Jabez and Samuel Wattrus were appointed administrators. 18 Jun 1715, Joseph Robins, Peter Pratt, Samuel Alger, husbands of three of the daughters of Isaac Pratt, and Ruth Waterus, and Lydia Waterus, two other daughters, petitioned the court for a reappraisal of the estate's land because they were dissatisfied.[3]

Watrous-52 and Waterhouse-61 appear to represent the same person because: they are the same person, and the surname can be spelled either way: Waterhouse or Watrous, as shown in the NEHGR source. If you want to reverse the merge so Watrous is the final ID#, that is okay - either way will do. The source uses Waterhouse throughout after noting the alternate spellings in the beginning.
