Biography
Rowland Augustus Waters was born on 26 December 1870 in Waldron, Sussex, his father, Raymond, was 15 and his mother, Martha, was 21. He married Eva May Briggs in July 1890 in Portsea Island, Hampshire. They had six children in 12 years. He died in March 1954 in Hampshire at the age of 83.
