Biography

Elizabeth was born in about 1783 in North Carolina. She was the daughter of Thomas Rice Waters and Sarah Polly (Page) Waters.^[1]

When Elizabeth was about 20 she married on 1 February 1803 in Kentucky.^[2]

In the 1850 census Elizabeth (age about 67) was living in Wabash, Coles, Illinois. Age: 67^[1]
