Biography
According to 'The Waters Family' by S. D. Caldwell: "Samuel Waters, the eldest son of William, was born on the farm now owned by the children of Mathias Shoop, and died in 1843, aged 67."[1]
Samuel married Betsey McIntire, daughter of John McIntire. They had eight children:[1]
