Mary, daughter of Edward Waters, taylor in Houndsditch (part of London) was baptized at St. Buttolph, Aldgate, London on June 24, 1613. [1]
[Note: Correction to the Parish Register, identifying Mary Water's father as Edward Waters. Later entry of an Edward's baptism identifies mother as Johne (Joan). James and Phebe (Manning) Waters had no daughter Mary]]

So I would agree with Linda that there was no James Withers who married Phebe Manning. Therefore, I have changed the year of birth to 1618 (since James Waters died in early 1618). This would make Phebe Manning about 42 years old when she had Mary. And Mary would have been about 44 years old when she had her last child Timothy Bloomfield.
Thanks Beth
