Richard Herbert Waters was born in the Colony of South Australia (1836-1900)

Richard Waters was born 18 October 1868 in Meadows, South Australia. He was the son of John Waters and Eliza Smith. ^[1]

He married Mary Ann Davis) on 14 May 1892 at the Wesleyan Parsonage, Port Pirie. Her father was recorded as George Fredrick Luxton (step-father). ^[2]

Richard passed away age 89 on 26 June 1958 in Norwood, South Australia ^[3] and was buried in West Terrace Cemetery. ^[4]
