Eliza Paddock Waters, daughter of Asa Bradford Waters and Kezia Paddock Richmond, was born 8 Nov 1812 in Easton, Bristol County, Massachusetts.
She married Peleg Sisson in Fanklin Ohio i15 Dec 1838. [1]
