Henry Watkins was born in Woolwich, Kent, England.
Henry William Daniel Watkins was born on 10 Sep 1854 in Greenwich, Kent, England to parents Henry Green Vickers Watkins and Elizabeth Maria Evans. His birth was registered in 1854 in Greenwich, London, England.[1]
He emigrated to New Zealand with his family as an infant around 1856.
He married Margaret Sophia Meyenberg in 1901 in New Zealand.[2][3]
Children: Narina Violet, Harry Rupert, Arthur William Montague.
He died at age 73 on 17 Nov 1927 in Dannevirke, Manawatu-Whanganui, New Zealand, and he was buried in Dannevirke in the Mangatera Cemetery.[4][5][6]
His will was probated in 1927 in Wellington, New Zealand.[7]
