George William Watson the third son of George Henry & Ann Jane Watson was born on the 17th of March, 1864, at Jamberoo, New South Wales, Australia.[1][2]
George Watson married Emma Rebecca Morgan on or about March 23, 1892 at Barrengarry, New South Wales, Australia.[3]
They went on to have at least 4 daughters while living on the South Coast; before moving to the Richmond River region of northern New South Wales in about 1898. This is where their son Alfred was born; in Ballina at the mouth of the Richmond River in 1899.
The lived on the family property at Newrybar, where most of the family were still living in 1941 when George William Watson passed away.
George and his beloved Emma are both buried at Bangalow Cemetery, Bangalow, Byron Shire, New South Wales, Australia. Emma in 1929 and George in September 1941.[4][5]
George left behind 5 children and 7 grandchildren. He was also survived by 5 brothers and 7 sisters.
