Biography
Percival was born in 1905, the son of Albert Watson and Mabel Fleming.[1]
He married Hilda Florence Thomas in 1927. [2]
He passed away in 1984 [3] and was buried in Fairhall Cemetery, Blenheim, New Zealand.[4]
